I woke up in a funk. And I've been there ever since.
Today I bought some art supplies, and yesterday I hung out with people. And the day before that, I hung out with people. And the day before that, I hung out with people. And it's people, people, people, and summer reading. And not getting my painting started. And feeling blah. I am so unproductive. And stupid. And not good. And...and...yuck.
And I promise I will not post again until I have something good to say.

I bought magnetic poetry today. Finally.
Also, and this is big...I am abandoning my current art project, as I feel it is weighing me down. Perhaps I will return to the idea, but for now, I will strip the canvas bare and make it ready to accept a new piece.
I'm not sure what I will do yet, but it will be fun.

Back from the beach-- it was really hot, and the water was really cold. I just went to Banana Republic, and I got an on-the-spot interview. Wish me luck! (And knock on wood!)
